We have a facility designed, equipped, and managed by qualified specialists to enhance the skills of Offshore, Maritime, and other Industry workers in various welding applications.

Located at Port Area, Manila, our welding training center offers state-of-the-art welding facilities which are ergonomically designed for a safe and effective training environment. Our welding training facilities include lecture rooms accommodating 20 trainees and 16 actual welding booths.

Welding Training Courses and Programs We offer

TOTC offers several welding training programs, including Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)

Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)

It is an electric arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld.

Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)

It is a welding process in which the coalescence of metals is produced by heat from an electric arc maintained between the tip of a consumable electrode and the surface of the base material in the joint being welded.

Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)

A solid electrode wire is fed from a spool, through the welding cable assembly, and out through the welding gun.

We have machine and equipment for a holistic welding training

  • Unitor Arc Welding Machine: We have 9 units of 4n1 UWI 400 used for GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW)
  • Unitor Gas Welding Machine: We have 3 Units of GDS (Gas distribution System)
  • Unitor Plasma Cutter: We have 1 Unit used for familiarization training.
  • TIG Welding Machine: We have 1 Unit used for TIG, either carbon steel, stainless and aluminum
  • ARCSMITH 400: We have 1 Additional Unit used for SMAW only
  • ARCSMITH 500: We have 3 Additional Units used for (FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW) 4N1 Welding Machine. Function like into our UNITOR brand.
