- Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address disruptions promptly
- Utilize scheduling software and tool to manage and track pickup request
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled pickups
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and drivers
- Continuously assess and improve scheduling processes for enhanced efficiency
- Generate regular pick up reports on scheduling metrics and performance
- Perform task as directed by the management
